I'm proud of Andy; love his work; allusions to atmospheric conditions, landscapes, all abstract and then boom! A fly landed on the canvas and left a trail which turned into...an airplane, whizzing around in the blue.
His dad is the artist Ed Moses. His old studio mate, Jeff Koons, came by the opening to endorse his old friend. I thought this was cool. I sent the photo to Patrick McMullan as he's better able to disseminate it.
